2. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason, including if the requested product is not available or if there is an error in the price or product description.
3. Shipping & DeliveryLocation: We ship all orders from Airlie Beach, Queensland.Timelines: Please allow standard Australia Post delivery times. Regional shipping from North Queensland may take slightly longer than metro-to-metro services.Risk: Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you (the customer) upon delivery to your specified shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds (ACC) Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.Faulty or Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or refund including shipping costs.Change of Mind: Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once the product safety seal has been broken or the packaging opened.Reactions: While our products are formulated by a licenced australian facility. we cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction.
